Why Read? Comments: I loved reading this book. It was a quick read, but a great one. It takes on topic and keeps you holding on. Great read!

The Young Man and the Sea By: Rodman Philbrick Submitted by Lionel P.
Plot: Skiff Beaman has a boatload of problems. Since his Mother died, his father never wants to do anything. But Skiff keeps on trying to get out in the ocean. He finds his boat (his skiff) all messed up and he goes out in it. Then he gets a huge surprise!
Why Read? This book is worth reading because it is an easy 5 points and it is one of the very best books I’ve ever read.
